Dear Adventurers, and @everyone ⚔️ 

We’re back with an important update on the recent hacking incident — and the steps we’re taking to support YOU, our players.
Yesterday’s attack damaged both our in-game database and parts of the backup data.
While we’ve recovered a lot through logs and remaining data, some losses were unfortunately unavoidable.

📊 Damage Scope & Recovery Status
✅ No impact to the following:

• AZ accounts & Arena-Z data
• NFT related data
• A Credit and package purchase records
• League of Kingdoms data

🔄 (Mostly) Recovered:

• Most active heroes: names, level, skills, stats, classes, and etc.
• Most active guilds
• Most User account IDs
• Pets
• Stage clear records & monthly pass status
• Most Enchanted Gear (with stats intact)

⚠️ Partially recovered:

• Quest and achievement progress
• (Un-enchanted) Gear: type and grade recovered, but stat options lost
• A few Enchanted Gear: type and grade recovered, but stat options lost
• Essence: type and grade recovered, but stat options lost

❌ Data lost:

• Miscellaneous inventory items

🎁 Compensation Plan

We’re preparing a comprehensive compensation plan to address as much of the damage as possible.

🔹 1) Base Compensation – for All Players

• All players will receive essential items like Energy, Gold, and Crystals
• Delivered via in-game mailbox
• To support a few users we couldn't restore, new players joining during limited period will also receive basic compensation.

🔹 2) Reroll Tickets – for Gear Stats

• All recovered (un-enchanted) gear will have randomized stat options
• Reroll Tickets will be provided to affected users.
• Use them to re-roll gear stat options
• Usable on all previously owned gear (regardless of enhancement), but not on newly obtained items

🔹 3) Item Shop Points

• Special points will be credited to your account
• Can be used in the Item Shop to choose the items you want

🔹 4) Distribution Rules (Reroll Tickets & Shop Points)

• Distributed per account, allowing flexible use across multiple heroes (if you have more than one).
• Everyone account gets a base amount + Additional tickets and points will be granted based on your progression and purchase history
• Usage period & quantity details are under work.

🔹 5) Pass Extension

• All currently active Passes will be extended by 7 days ⏳

📢 The exact reopen date and details of compensation plan will be shared later on Discord.
We’re doing everything possible to rebuild what was lost — and your trust.
