Our team has put in every effort to recover as much as possible from the damage caused by the recent attack.
While some data could not be fully restored, we’ve prepared the following compensation to address the losses as best we can.
Please refer to the details below:
🎁 Compensation Overview
🔹 1) Base Rewards – For All Players
- Gold, Crystal, Energy, Healing Potions, and EXP Boosts
- One-month Mercenary Pass and Acceleration Pass
- Sent to your in-game mailbox

To support players whose data could not be recovered, new players joining during a limited period will also receive similar base rewards
🔹 2) Reroll Tickets – Gear Stat Adjustment
- All recovered unenchanted gear now has randomized stat options
- Reroll Tickets have been distributed per account, allowing flexible use across multiple heroes
- To use: select the gear and tap the Reroll icon to open the reroll interface (ticket count is shown there)
- Tickets can be used on all previously owned gear (regardless of enhancement), but not on newly obtained gears after the reopening
🔹 3) Item Point Shop
- Special Points have been added to your account
- Points are distributed per account and can be freely used across your heroes
- Spend points in the Item Shop (accessible via a pop-up icon) to choose the items you need
🔹 4) Pass Extension
- All active Passes have been extended by 7 days ⏳

P.S. The Quests for Building Level have been reset, but there’s no need to worry about completing them again.
In an upcoming update, we’ll be removing the building levels altogether altogether to make content more accessible for everyone.
