Dear Adventurers, and @everyone ⚔️
After further investigation, we’ve identified additional areas of data loss beyond what we initially anticipated.
Below are the compensation plans for the issues identified so far:
🔹 1) Drago level loss
- Pet Snacks will be provided to Drago owners to help recover lost progress.
🔹 2) Essence (Gems) loss
- We’re currently working on a way to fairly compensate users for lost Essence.
🔹 3) Pets
- Pet data was partially lost, and a few users may find their pets missing.
- We’re in the process of identifying affected accounts and will offer a way to summon replacement pets.
🔹 4) Class Advancement Quest
- The final class advancement quest requires Gold and Crystals.
- If you had already completed this quest before the incident, please do not complete it again for now.
- We’re working on a solution to automatically clear this quest for heroes who already advanced.
We’re continuing to monitor for any further data issues and will provide additional compensation if needed.
