Here’s the breakdown of the Second Compensation Plan: 🛠️

🔹 1) Drago level loss

• Pet Snacks will be provided to Drago owners to help recover lost progress.
• The amount will vary based on the Drago’s grade.

🔹 2) Essence (Gems) loss

• Essence Boxes will be provided to all recovered users.
• The quantity may vary depending on each user’s progress and purchase history.

🔹 3) Pets

• Some pet data was partially lost, and a few users may find their pets missing.
• Pet Tickets will be provided to affected users to summon a replacement.
• The ticket will be sent to the main hero on the account.

Our team is working on building the infrastructure needed to distribute the Essence Boxes and Pet Tickets.
These compensations will be sent as soon as the system is ready.
