1. How to leave guild?
- Go to your icon in the member page, click on yourself, then leave guild
2. Why is my crystal balance deduct so much after change class?
- Accepting the Class Advancement quest requires 1,000 Crystals.
3. Where to claim my NFT Package?
- Go to profile > NFT Management > will direct to new tab showing the package to claim.
Notes: please make sure set your Metamask wallet to Arena-Z main network.
4. How to unlock new characters?
- If you restart the game on the character selection and click one of the other slots you can buy another.
5. Is the inventory shared among characters or is it isolated for each one?
- Inventory is limited to each, buildings are shared.
6. How to get 5 heros?
- Upgrade your tactics level 10.
7. I'm stuck at certain level in abyssal tower. how to kill it?
- Higher level heroes, so you can kill them quicker.
8. What's Engrave section for? What is socket?
- You engrave then socket gems to power up your gear.
9. When you attack character behind another character you get agi/dex penalty, does it only apply to a character DIRECTLY behind another character? Or being in 1st and 3rd row with 2nd row being empty count?
- To be specific, it's a hit penalty. And yes, as long as there's a character or monster positioned behind another, regardless of whether there's an empty row in between, the hit penalty will apply.
10. Are game passes shared among characters?
- Not shared.
- Each acceleration pack can be applied to only one hero.
11. What is the prompt about? the error code 429: Unexpected error occurred
- This pop-up means you were temporarily blocked due to too many requests.
- It should work after 10 minutes.
12. I participated in the Shrine Event, and although the guild reward 'A2Z' has been distributed, I haven't received it yet. Could you please tell me how I can claim it?
- Be informed that, Red highlighted= the A2Z user received.
It means, user already pressed the claim button and is waiting for team to send the A2Z to the wallet in bulk.
Please note it can take some time for team to send them (the A2Z).
- To follow up with team for A2Z distribution, please submit ticket in Zendesk support allowing support team to check and keep user updated personally once distribution completed.
13. Why I receive a prompt error not allowing me to leave guild? (indicating - You cannot leave a guild while the Shrine Conquest event is in progress)
- Take note that if guild is currently holding a Shrine, guild member will not able to leave guild.
